Cinnamon bark essential oil – Cinnamomum zeylanicum

Description

Cinnamon bark essential oil is known for it’s antibacterial, antifungal and disinfectant properties. It aids in easing the symptoms of colds and flu and eases digestion. Mixed with a carrier oil, it makes an excellent massage oil to improve circulation. It’s antibacterial properties make it an ideal ingredient for home cleaning products and as a mist for purifying the air.

Cinnamon bark essential oil should always be mixed with a carrier oil as it can irritate the skin.

Mix it with your favourite carrier oil for a massage oil, or diffuse it to purify the air. A few drops in your cleaning.

Avoid this oil if you are pregnant.
